Remie Charles International Real Estate does not control the Content posted via the Service of third parties or partners and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of such Content. Under no circumstances will Remie Charles International Real Estate be liable in any way for any Content, including but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Service.

We reserve the right to remove any Content that violates these Terms of Use or is otherwise objectionable in our sole discretion.

4. Third-Party Content, Sites, and Services

Your interactions with individuals or entities found through the Service, including payment and delivery of goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties, or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such individuals or entities. 7.Redress & Complaints Handling
